Rates: $50/hour, $30/hour non-profit.

Renting for more than 5 hours requires additional discussion.

Good for: Meetings, Readings, Classes, Rehearsals, & Studio Art.

Rates: $40/hour || $25/hour nonprofit

Black Box Studio

We'll transform our Dance Studio for your event.
Hardwood floors, blackout curtains as backdrop and lighting & sound systems provided. Seating options (up to 40 seats) included for an additional price.

Stage: Entire Space: 21'x35' 

Good for: Special Events, Photo Shoots, Auditions, Video/Film Shoots, & Performances.

Rates: $175/hour || $100/hour nonprofit

Parties include a clean up/breakdown fee and an additional fees for any damages incurred.
