Bharatanatyam Adults:
This trial class will progress over the hour from complete basics to complex work. At the end of it, you will schedule a 20 minute meeting with the teacher to discuss your goals and which class is the best fit for you currently.

Cover basic body positions, hand gestures, alignment.
Still a challenging class, this one is great for all students of all levels as it hunkers down on technique and injury prevention. If you want to be a great dancer, don't skip this one even if you have been learning for years.

I don't really remember adavus but learned for a long time

We will cover basic slokams, build and learn adavus and build stamina/strength/flexibility at a slower pace. You will still cover smaller items here so will still challenge you even if you have learned adavus in a prior setting.
